Recently, there was a raid of an Orange County bail bond office where three individuals were arrested. The District Attorney’s office issued a press release published on Orange County Register stating that one of the individuals, unlicensed Ernesto Perez, and three co-defendants were illegally soliciting bail calls from inmates, after the three licensed individuals had been detained at the Orange County Jail.
