AIA Senior Vice President Robert “Bob” Nairin and his daughter-in-law Amy Nairin walked the Rock ‘n’ Roll San Diego ½ Marathon to benefit the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society on Sunday, June 6th.
The marathon course wound its way through downtown San Diego, Mission Valley and Fiesta Island before ending up on SeaWorld Drive. Local bands played on 26 entertainment stages to keep runners and spectators entertained.
Big fundraisers like the Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathon have helped the San Diego chapter of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society raise $12 million dollars since 1988.
