Chief Executive Officer
Robert Kersnick joined AIA in 2004 and currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer. Robert and his team are responsible for not only developing and managing AIA’s systems and operational processes, but for creating new agent services and technologies. In his tenure with AIA, Robert has completed a number of large scale companywide projects including, developing an internal information management system, implementing a new financial system and developing the Suite of AIA eServices including eReport, eForfeiture and eFiling cabinet, just to name a few.
Prior to joining AIA, Robert established and built four companies, including two technology companies. He has over 17 years of experience in IT and business management. He has also consulted with over 100 companies in the area of technology and business systems.
Robert received his Bachelors degree from UCLA, and also received technical certifications from Microsoft and Novell.
Robert lives in Thousand Oaks, California with his wife and three children.
