Eliminating the bail bond industry doesn’t solve jail overcrowding. Eliminating the bail industry doesn’t create a more fair and equitable system. Eliminating the bail industry doesn’t solve your communities crime problem. Eliminating the bail industry will absolutely embolden criminals to push the envelope of your leniency and take advantage of a vulnerable public.
