Last week CBS12.com did a special report on AIA agent “Big” Mike Nefzger. The piece focused on the often overlooked graciousness and professionalism of bail bond agents. A former client of Nefzger said “Mike changed my opinion and my ideas of what bail bondsmen’s were.” Nefzger is eager to be there for people at their lowest moments and help turn a bad situation into a positive life change.
