Educating the Internet Together
Bail Reform: Differentiating Between Truth and Propaganda
Over the past decade or so, we have seen the online content of the bail reform activists increase substantially. From research studies to articles, these well-funded organizations have inundated the online marketplace with their propaganda. So much so, that when you Google any bail related term such as their content almost exclusively occupies the first few pages of the search results. What is unfortunate is that their content is overly biased and perpetuates their false narrative. By educating the internet together, we can make a difference.
That being said, we are happy to announce the launch of a new bail reform resource site. This site is for everyone. Its purpose will be to share articles, studies and content in order to educate the public on the dangers of cashless bail and bail reform policies. Our goal is to create enough original and informative content to re-populate the internet with the facts about bail. Below is a link to the site.

We have already posted three articles to the site. These include the following:
Article 1: Why Financially Secured Bonds Are Superior to Cashless Bail for Pretrial Release
In the American criminal justice system, pretrial release allows defendants to remain free while awaiting trial, balancing individual liberty with public safety and court efficiency.
Article 2: Two Bail Bond Podcasts You Should Know About
If you want to stay informed about the latest topics around bail, this includes stories on bail reform, cashless bail, bail bond research and studies related to the bail bond industry, along with interviews with some of the leading minds in the bail profession…
Article 3: Bail Reform: The real problem isn’t the cost of bail, rather it’s the speed of justice.
The core frustration stems not from a lack of arrests, but from systemic delays: unresolved cases, routine failure-to-appear issues, backlogged dockets, and unserved warrants that allow repeat offenders to cycle through the system.
If you have an article or some research you would like to share, contact us and we will write a brief summary of your content and link to your full content on your site. If you do not have a site, we are more than happy to post your full content on this site and give you credit for your contribution to our library. The point is we need to get our facts out there…we need to spread the truth about bail.
If you have any questions or would like to submit content, please email Eric Granof at [email protected]. Lets educate the internet together.
