Santa Clara County Board of Supervisors recently voted 4-0 for a referral to audit its Pretrial Services Agency. A video of this meeting is available below. The most interesting part of the meeting is the defensive response by a Pretrial Services employee to the motion being raised. According to one of the Supervisors, it has been close to 40 years since the agency was placed in Santa Clara County and they have never been audited. We hope you enjoy the video.
