Back from Las Vegas – AIA’s National Conference
For those of you who were unable to attend, AIA would like to report that the first AIA National Agent Conference was a HUGE success.
Eric Granof joined AIA in 2009. As Vice President of Corporate Communications, Eric is responsible for both internal and external communications across the organization. As part of his responsibilities, Eric drives a number of marketing initiatives for the company including the development of new service partnerships with groups like Staples, TLO, and Inkhead, creating new marketing programs like ExpertBail and providing consulting and guidance to AIA’s family of agents in the area of marketing. In addition to his corporate communications responsibilities, Eric is also Managing Director and Chief Marketing Officer for the ExpertBail Network.

AIA launched a new immigration bond referral program at this year’s National Conference. The program is designed to allow AIA agents to refer immigration bond calls they receive to AIA’s immigration bond partner and in the process receive a commission
Another new program launched by AIA at its National Conference included CashStand, the nation’s fastest growing payday loan brand.
When other groups said it couldn’t be done, AIA went ahead and did it. At this year’s National Conference, AIA announced its new preferred vendor program with Experian, the nation’s leading consumer information provider.
One of the most compelling announcements of the National Conference was AIA’s unveiling of ExpertBail, the first National Bail Agent Network brand.
AIA is happy to announce that we have added another event to our National Conference, a reception following the conference on Monday, June 28, 2010. Please join us for cocktails and plenty of good food at 7:00 P.M.-9:00 P.M. in the Key West Ballroom.
AIA Senior Vice President Robert “Bob” Nairin and his daughter-in-law Amy Nairin walked the Rock ‘n’ Roll San Diego ½ Marathon to benefit the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society on Sunday, June 6th.
The Oklahoma Bondsman Association (OBA) held its annual Board of Directors and Membership meeting in Oklahoma City on Monday, June 7th, followed by a well-attended continuing education class on Tuesday, June 8th.
A new bail bond association has been formed in Minnesota, the Minnesota Professional Bail Bond Association.
Last week CBS12.com did a special report on AIA agent “Big” Mike Nefzger. The piece focused on the often overlooked graciousness and professionalism of bail bond agents.
