Last month, Dennis Bartlett, Executive Director of the American Bail Coalition attended the National Symposium on Pretrial Justice. This two day conference was held in Washington D.C., where for the first time, representatives from the commercial bail industry were invited to participate in the conversation on Pretrial Services.
