One of the most difficult tasks as a business owner is finding, hiring and keeping great employees. Finding someone who embodies and represents your company’s best interests and who is committed to the success of the company and the customers they serve is a rare and special find. AIA is lucky to have found that person in Mary Beth Fiorentino.
January 29th, 2011 will be Mary Beth’s 30 year anniversary with the AIA family. And I have to tell you, she is just as committed to this company now as she was back when Phil Konvitz hired her. I am personally honored to have worked with Mary Beth for as many years as I have and truly appreciate her honesty, caring attitude and passion for agents. I feel privileged to be able to call her a colleague, but most of all, I am happy to call her a friend. Please join me in congratulating Mary Beth and wishing her the best on this important milestone.

“30 years, who would have believed it. Time sure flies. Thank you for 30 years of total dedication and a superior work ethic. I love you for it.”
– Norman Konvitz
Executive Vice President – IFIC
“Mary Beth, this is not just your thirtieth anniversary with our business, it is my thirtieth anniversary of working with you. Not one single regret. Not one single harsh word in either direction – even during those years when you were my personal assistant. Not one single day I was not grateful beyond my ability to express that you were there. And that is even more true today than in the past. Outside my immediate family you are on the short list of persons I am most happy to call a friend. Thank you for everything Mary Beth. You are precious.”
– Jerry Watson
Chief Legal Officer – AIA
“It is indeed a pleasure to wish you a happy anniversary at IFIC as someone who has been with the company for 30 years. I hope to continue to work with you for years to come”.
– Marty Rochelle
“Mary Beth has been a loyal soldier since the days of my uncle. I have known her for roughly 15 years, she has been a great liaison who knows this business, who understands me and understands bail in NY which is handled very differently than anywhere else in the country. You have to go before a judge and she has helped me whenever I have needed it. I consider her a friend and someone I have great respect and admiration for. Congratulations Mary Beth, hope to work with you for another 30 years.”
– Ira Judelson
“I have fond memories of when we first started, almost together. I started 38 years ago in this business of bail. I never dreamed that Mary Beth would one day be my boss. I thoroughly enjoy working with you and you make this business a pleasure to be in. We started together; we’ll probably end together.”
– Scott Berlin
“It has been a pleasure working with you and we look forward to continuing the great relationship as we have for many years. Happy Anniversary.”
– Richie and Donna Sparano
