The Florida Surety Agents Association (FSAA) held their 2010 winter meeting in Orlando, Florida on January 18th <\/sup>& 19th<\/sup>.  The association held an open debate around social media and made the decision to creating its own Facebook page to allow the association to not only share information and spread the bail message, but also to listen to the conversations happening amongst agents in the industry.  Additionally, the education committee is working on the development of online continuing education classes.   The group also discussed the possible merger with BAIL Florida.  The two associations will work together in support of the new pretrial legislation (SB782 and HB445).
