The Ohio Bail Agents Association held a meeting on January 23rd<\/sup> at The Lodge at Sawmill Creek Resort and Conference Center in Huron, Ohio. The association spent a fair amount of time covering solicitation. The Ohio Department of Insurance has taken steps to monitor the jails with cameras to determine if agents are violating the solicitation prohibition.   AIA would like to remind all bail agents in Ohio not to attempt to promote your business in or on the grounds of the courthouse. Solicitation is prohibited and penalties will be enforced. Anyone interested in learning more about the OBAA, visit their website:  www.obaa.org<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
