Robert Kersnick<\/b> joined AIA in 2004 and currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer.\u00a0Robert and his team are responsible for not only developing and managing AIA\u2019s systems and operational processes, but for creating new agent services and technologies.\u00a0In his tenure with AIA, Robert has completed a number of large scale companywide projects including, developing an internal information management system, implementing a new financial system and developing the Suite of AIA eServices including eReport, eForfeiture and eFiling cabinet, just to name a few.<\/p>\n

Prior to joining AIA, Robert established and built four companies, including two technology companies.\u00a0He has over 17 years of experience in IT and business management.\u00a0 He has also consulted with over 100 companies in the area of technology and business systems.<\/p>\n

Robert received his Bachelors degree from UCLA, and\u00a0also received technical certifications from Microsoft and Novell.<\/p>\n
